Magnetic code disks are typically magnetic assemblies with rubber magnets attached to hollow-shaped metal brackets.
The rubber magnet part is magnetized, and the magnetization form is generally two rows of magnetic tracks with different pole pairs (combinations of N poles and S poles).
Magnetic code disks need to be used in conjunction with magnetic encoder chips to detect absolute angles and rotational speeds of magnetic rotary encoders. We recommend using the iC-MU series products from iC-Haus for magnetic encoder chips.

Product feature
1) Lightweight: Saves device space and, compared with other companies: Can achieve approximately 1/10 reduction in weight;
2) Excellent environmental adaptability: Adapts to harsh environments such as dust, vibration, high temperature, and oil mist;
3) Hollow large diameter: Suitable for large diameters of hollow shafts, allowing wiring inside the hollow shafts of robot joints;
4) Selectable measurement output method: When used with iC-MU series products, you can choose incremental or absolute measurement output methods;
5) High resolution: When used with iC-MU series products, in a 64-pole configuration, it can measure up to 20 bits (1,048,576 divisions/rotation) of angle;
